We guarantee our deliveries on the scheduled date. Delays in our supply chain during this pandemic, however, sometimes impact the delivery time of orders. Flowers need to be hydrated and prepared after we receive them from our suppliers. They do not leave our shop before they are fully hydrated. Because we occasionally experience delays in receiving flowers from suppliers, there may be delays in the anticipated delivery times of some orders. We source only the finest, freshest flowers for your arrangements, and guarantee your satisfaction. We hand-deliver each arrangement to your home or business.
We offer same-day flower delivery to Columbus, Bexley, Dublin, Gahanna, Grove City, Hilliard, Lewis Center, New Albany, Powell, Upper Arlington, Westerville, and Worthington. To ensure same-day delivery, we recommend placing your order before 1:00 Eastern Time. We do provide Saturday delivery service, but normally do not deliver on Sunday. If you require a Sunday delivery, please phone us in advance to assure that we can accommodate your needs. A nominal fee for delivery applies.
Fireside Floral Studio also arranges for delivery service throughout the United States and Canada through its network of floral partnerships. Normally, same-day delivery can be accommodated if your order is placed by 11:00 a.m. in the recipient’s local time zone. It is best to phone us about delivery service outside the Columbus, Ohio, metro area.
We provide flower delivery to all hospitals, funeral homes, churches and other places of worship in the Columbus, Ohio, area. We are also happy to provide floral service to schools, colleges and universities, restaurants, special-events venues, and other businesses. We can accommodate floral needs for events of any size.
We strive to fulfill your order with the flowers and containers indicated in the recipe, but seasonal variation, weather conditions, and other factors that affect availability do not always make this possible. In this case, substitution of flowers of similar color and/or texture is necessary. If a substitution is necessary, we guarantee that the substitute will be of equal or greater value.
We always deliver the freshest, longest-lasting flowers available. Commonly, flowers will arrive at your door "tight." Especially in the case of roses, this is your assurance that your flowers are super-fresh. They may not look exactly like the advertised photos at the moment they arrive, but in a few short hours and days your flowers will continue to open and reveal their full splendor. If you need for the flowers to be open when they arrive, please contact us, and we will accommodate your request. To help ensure that your flowers are long-lasting, we ask that you replace the water in the container, every 2 or 3 days. Occasionally trimming a small amount from each stem will also help to extend floral life.
